New Feature: Send Reminder Email
Last week saw the rollout of a small, but very handy, new feature. You may not even have noticed the change, which is right on your home tab of the ZipDX web portal.
In just two clicks you can now send a reminder email to someone that’s been invited to a conference call.
Clicking on the link in the upper right corner of the home tab reveals a simple page where you enter the participant’s email address.
When you click on the Send Reminder button the system will look up that person in our database, sending them a reminder about their next scheduled meeting.
This tool even works once the meeting has started! If someone is late joining a call you can quickly send them a reminder. The reminder message contains their connection details, making it even easier for them to join the call.
