A: To allows devices on your network to interface directly with ZipDX you may need to know the following details.

Data Center IP Address Ranges:

  • IAD: 185.167.189.104 through .111 (185.167.189.104/29, netmask 255.255.255.248)
  • LAX: 185.167.190.104 through .111 (185.167.190.104/29, netmask 255.255.255.248)
  • LON: 109.123.74.138
  • SIN: 174.127.69.49

TCP/IP Ports

  • SIP signaling: ports 5060-5070 (TCP & UDP)
  • RTP media: ports 12000-21999 (RTP, TCP & UDP)
  • DNS: port 53*
  • NTP: port 123*
  • HTTP: port 80*
  • HTTPS: port 443*

*These ports are commonly allowed on any network that allows internet access.
