Can I share access to the recording of a ZipDX conference call?
A: Yes. In the ZipDX web portal the conference organizer can get a link to share with anyone who needs to access the recording.
When a ZipDX conference is completed, the organizer has access to the call details, including any recordings, in the Completed Conferences section of the web portal.
Simply click on the Conference Topic view the event details.
If there are recordings for the conference they will be indicated. By default, access is restricted to the conference organizer.
To share access to the recording, click on the Access setting and change to “Anyone with a link.”
Next, click on the Share setting. This will reveal a small panel with a URL.
Click on the URL and it will be copied to the clipboard. Paste it into your notes for distribution to your associates.
