The following is based upon a conference at the default setting of 10 rooms.

Oh, The Places You’ll Go!

Before you know how to move between rooms it’s useful to know the scope of options available:

• Room 0 is the main conference room.
• Rooms 1-7 are private sub-rooms for conversations away from the main conference room.
• Room 8 is a special case that has one-way glass.
• Room 9 is the waiting room. When a host joins the waiting room the music stops so that the host can make an announcement to anyone else present.

Using a Telephone Keypad

Conference participants can move between breakout rooms using their telephone keypad. Simply dial *4x, where x is a number between 0 and 9.

Using the Conference Dashboard

Conference hosts can always access the web-based conference dashboard. Move themselves or others into a breakout room by simply clicking on the persons name then selecting the target room.

If the conference organizer has allowed participants to access the dashboard they can move themselves between breakout rooms in a similar manner.
